29 Counties Still in Extreme Risk Category

The Governor's Risk & Protection Framework provides county-specific guidance at four risk levels based on their level of COVID-19 spread. It’s important to note that there is no zero risk category. Current levels:

  • Extreme Risk: 29 counties

  • High Risk: 0

  • Moderate Risk: 1 (Lake)

  • Lower Risk: 6 (Gilliam, Grant, Harney, Sherman, Wallowa and Wheeler)
