Updated Risk Levels: Effective April 9

The Governor's Risk & Protection Framework provides county-specific guidance at four risk levels based on their level of COVID-19 spread. It’s important to note that there is no zero risk category. Risk Levels effective April 9 through April 22 are here & below.

  • Extreme Risk: 0

  • High Risk: 14 (Benton, Clackamas, Coos, Curry, Deschutes, Douglas, Jackson, Josephine, Klamath, Lincoln, Linn, Marion, Multnomah, Tillamook)

  • Moderate Risk: 6 (Clatsop, Columbia, Polk, Umatilla, Union, Washington)

  • Lower Risk: 16 (Baker, Crook, Gilliam, Grant, Harney, Hood River, Jefferson, Lake, Lane, Malheur, Morrow, Sherman, Wallowa, Wasco, Wheeler, Yamhill)
