PODER, Oregon’s Latino Leadership Network is a nonprofit organization made up of over 3,200 Latino leaders, organizations, businesses, public employees, community members, and allies across Oregon.

We envision a world where our communities have self-determination and equal opportunity in their pursuit of happiness and prosperity. A world where our communities have the choice to be full participants in social and civic life, thrive financially, be emotionally and physically healthy, and have power and agency over their culture, identity, and future.
