  • Are you a member of the BIPOC community serving Latinxs in Oregon affected by the Pandemic?

  • Do you feel that either in your job or community role you are experiencing suffering, hardship, crisis or trauma that are affecting your personal and professional life? Are you interested in learning and/or practicing skills focused on

  • strengthening your conciencia, resistencia and resiliency to enhance your internal resources and embrace the challenges of your work or community role?

  • Do you want to find space during the week to find community and tend to your self-care?

Then, this four-session training is for you!

When: Friday Dec 4, Friday Dec 11, Monday Dec 14, Friday Dec 18

Time: 8:00-9:30am PST

Where: Via ZOOM (information to be shared after registration)

Who: Latinx serving organizations staff, Latinx community leaders and helpers, Latinx individuals in frontline and helping jobs (e.g. patient navigators, nurses, community health workers, contact tracers, promotores de salud, advocate, etc.)
