volunteers Needed: Virginia Garcia

Virginia Garcia are in need of volunteers for their clinic vaccination events and our mobile clinic vaccination events. Their clinic vaccination events are underway now through June. Most of the vaccination events will happen on Tuesdays and Thursdays with a few exceptions. You can view the clinic vaccination schedule for Beaverton Wellness Center, Hillsboro Clinic, Newberg Clinic, Cornelius Wellness Center. Details are coming for McMinnville. Here are the non-clinical roles needed to help with filling for their clinic vaccination events.

Their mobile clinic vaccination efforts will begin April 6th and will run through July. Feel free to view that schedule here. Below is the tentative schedule for their mobile clinic vaccination locations, please know details are subject to change. The non-medical roles needed to help filling at their mobile clinic vaccination events are for traffic controllers, runners, greeters, and observers.

If you are interested in volunteering with Virginia Garcia or know anyone who is, please download and submit these forms Application, Photo Release Form, Drug Free Workplace Form, COVID Waiver, Compliance Form, Emergency Contact Form. Submit all of your forms to smagana@vgmhc.org. After 24-48 hours after your forms are reviewed you will get an email from CICS with a link to complete your background check. Once that goes through (sometimes it can take up to 48 hours to process) someone will reach out to you and share the volunteer sign-up sheet with you.
