Paycheck Protection Program for Small Nonprofits & Businesses

Extended through May 31

The Small Business Administration (SBA) is processing Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loan applications. This includes businesses using ITIN numbers and additional program changes to make access more equitable.

This marks an important step towards equitable relief – supporting not only small nonprofits, but also minority-owned small businesses that may have previously missed out on accessing emergency funds during the pandemic.

If you think your entity may be eligible for an initial PPP loan or a second draw loan Congress authorized at the end of 2020, contact a lender and find out how much relief may be available.

Go to the SBA's Paycheck Program Program to learn what steps to take, identify a lender, and identify a loan. We encourage you to check out nonprofit-friendly community banks on NAO’s Directory.
