BIPOC Caucus' 2021 Agenda to Advance Racial Equity
Oregon has its largest Black, Indigenous, and People of Color Legislative Caucus in history, with a dozen legislators who identify as people of color. The BIPOC Caucus has developed a 2021 Legislative Agenda outlining key bills they are jointly advancing across their top 10 priority issue areas to advance racial equity and eliminate systemic oppression and racism in Oregon.
