Our Mission
Our behavioral health program mission is to improve mental health access and outcomes for Latino communities in Oregon by increasing the number of bilingual, bicultural therapists and reducing stigma. The program addresses barriers in behavioral health systems through macro-level solutions and partnerships.
Our program aims improve mental health in Latino communities in Oregon by addressing barriers in the behavioral health system and increasing access to care through bilingual, bicultural therapists. We also work to reduce stigma and address inaccessibility, unaffordability, unavailability, and inequity by collaborating with various partners to develop solutions. Our program offers therapy, counseling, support groups and education on mental health and resources for accessing services.

Measure and evaluate progress, continuously adapt and improve the program.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive and holistic approach to addressing mental health in Latino communities, and disseminate information and knowledge about the program to wider audiences and stakeholders.
